Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee discipline, teamwork, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Trans Batam bus employees. This research uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to Trans Batam transportation bus drivers which was carried out in January-June 2024. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 98 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and the data was processed using SPSS. The results of this research partially show that employee discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Collaboration has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivated employees tend to have the drive to achieve higher performance targets and do their jobs better. Motivation encourages them to try harder, increase productivity, and achieve better results. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously employee discipline, teamwork, work motivation, job satisfaction.
