Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured survey of 40 MSME owners and analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that digital marketing capabilities have a significant and positive effect on investment decisions, suggesting that MSMEs with stronger digital marketing competencies are more likely to engage in strategic investments. Conversely, MSME performance, measured by indicators such as sales growth, market expansion, and profitability, shows no significant influence on investment decisions. This indicates that current business performance does not necessarily encourage MSMEs to make new investments. Theoretically, this study contributes to the growing literature on digital marketing and investment decision-making within the MSME context. Practically, the results highlight the importance of strengthening digital marketing capabilities to improve MSME readiness in making data-driven and strategic investment choices. The study also provides insights for policymakers and supporting institutions to design programs that enhance MSME digital competitiveness.
Bella Madiana Sumadi Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ekobistek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-09-29 2025-09-29 14 3 140 146 10.35134/ekobistek.v14i3.950 Institutional Image and Service Quality on Muzakki Satisfaction with Muzakki Word of Mouth as a Mediating Variable https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/903
The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of institutional image, service quality on muzakki satisfaction mediated by word of mouth. This research method is quantitative with a causality approach, with a population of 6,233 muzakki at Baznas Padang Pariaman in 2023, to determine the number of samples used simple random sampling technique calculated using the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 376 people was found. The data collection technique used a questionnaire analyzed with SEM-PLS 4.
