These small-scale retailers generally depend on manual record-keeping, leading to data inconsistencies, reporting delays, and revenue losses due to chaotic inventory management. The study applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to facilitate agile and iterative software creation, ensuring consistent alignment with user requirements through recurrent feedback loops. The system was built using PHP with the CodeIgniter 4 framework, MySQL for database management, and modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams to describe its structure. Evaluation results indicate strong system reliability: Black Box testing confirmed that every module functioned correctly, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 21 participants produced an overall satisfaction rate of 80.67%, categorized as Good. Furthermore, the integration of FIFO-based logic enhanced the accuracy of stock recording and the speed of report generation, leading to a 40% reduction in manual errors compared to traditional bookkeeping methods. This study promotes the digital transformation of microenterprises by introducing an efficient inventory management solution that integrates accounting-based inventory control within an accessible web platform. In subsequent development stages, priority will be given to integrating mobile and cloud technologies to improve system accessibility, extend usability across diverse retail environments, and encourage broader implementation.
Habsyah Fitri Aryani, Ircham Ali Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ekobistek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/965 Wed, 24 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Economic Determinants Of Criminality in Indonesia's Capital City https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/963
Abstract

Crime is a social issue that often impacts the well-being of the community. In Jakarta alone, approximately 214 crimes per 100,000 residents were recorded in 2023. This study aims to analyze the impact of economic factors on the crime rate in Jakarta Province during the 2017–2024 period. The independent variables include decent housing, poverty, and education, while the dependent variable is the crime rate. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, analyzed through panel data regression with the Common Effect Model. The findings reveal that decent housing, poverty, education and public spending significantly affect crime rates. Simultaneously, all four independent variables significantly affect crime rates, with the coefficient of determination reaching 86,81%. These results highlight that crime prevention policies in urban areas should primarily focus on improving education quality, while also addressing housing conditions and poverty alleviation as supporting measures.

Fitri Ramadhani, Ismadiyanti Purwaning Astuti Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ekobistek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/963 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Role of Digital Financial Literacy in MSMEs: A Systematic Literature Review https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/962
This study aims to explore the role of digital financial literacy in overcoming the challenges faced by MSMEs. By utilizing the PRISMA systematic literature review and meta-analysis method, the study offers a well-organized and thorough analysis to assess the scientific positioning of previous studies. The results show that digital financial literacy has a significant impact on financial management practices within MSMEs. In particular, the level of financial literacy affects MSME actors' ability to save, borrow, and invest effectively. Additionally, the study emphasizes that improving operational knowledge enhances human resource capabilities and competencies, which adds to the growth of intellectual capital. The study also highlights the role of technology-driven digital financial literacy in transforming traditional financial services into more efficient systems. However, MSMEs still face challenges related to risk identification and management, which directly affect business performance. The review also identifies gaps in the existing literature, especially the need for further study of how digital financial literacy can help address ongoing issues like unemployment and regional development inequalities. In conclusion, the study asserts that improving digital financial literacy is important for MSMEs to adapt to the digital era, boost operational efficiency, and maintain their business sustainability amid ongoing challenges
M. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by analyzing 20 international scientific articles indexed in Scopus and published between 2013 and 2023. The selection process followed the PRISMA protocol, including identification, screening, and the application of inclusion–exclusion criteria. The analysis identified five major themes in modern HRM studies: (1) the use of technology and HR analytics for data-driven decision-making; (2) the implementation of evidence-based HR policies; (3) employee engagement and retention through professional communication; (4) equality and sustainability within sustainable HRM practices; and (5) adaptation of HR strategies in global and local organizational contexts. The synthesis results indicate that the effectiveness of HRM policies depends on three key pillars: technological integration, effective professional communication, and sustainable value implementation. Most of the reviewed studies were published in high-quality journals (Q1–Q2), ensuring strong academic credibility and empirical validity. Overall, the findings highlight that HRM strategies in the digital era are no longer administrative but rather strategic and collaborative. The combination of data utilization, professional communication, and sustainability orientation serves as the foundation for building adaptive, competitive, and performance-oriented organizations in the modern era.
vira julita, jhon Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ekobistek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/958 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Building Teamwork, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Professional Networks in HR Program Development for Individual and Organizational Performance Improvement https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/956
Human resource (HR) development is a strategic factor in improving individual and organizational performance (1). This study aims to analyze the role of teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and professional networks in designing and implementing effective HR development programs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies in several organizations, this research highlights the importance of interdepartmental synergy and open communication in creating an adaptive and innovative work environment (2). The results indicate that strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration contribute significantly to improving employee competency, work motivation, and organizational effectiveness (3,4). Furthermore, professional networks serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices, strengthening the continuous learning process within organizations (5). Therefore, developing HR programs oriented toward collaboration and professional networks can be a key strategy in achieving superior performance and sustainable organizational competitiveness (6,7).
Yolanda Febrianty, Jhon Veri Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ekobistek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jman-upiyptk.org/ojs/index.php/ekobistek/article/view/956 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700
